Ready to lose weight and feel great?
It’s as easy as closing your eyes…
You can be hypnotized to do or not do anything. It is totally real, and I’m totally addicted… in a good way! When Grace Smith handed her card to me at the Hay House Writer’s Workshop (yes, here I go again with another amazing meeting from that weekend), I knew it was destiny that led her to me.
I experienced hypnosis for the first time on the set of my television show Got Zen (that episode hasn’t aired yet, so shhh), and it was one of the most amazing healing experiences of my life. I went from being totally panicked about even thinking of open water to feeling at ease with the ocean in SIX MINUTES! I can’t wait to test out my new adventurous self on vacation at the Jersey Shore next month.
I knew right then that I wanted more, but my schedule just wouldn’t allow enough time for me to get into NYC for a session. Then Grace happened. She handed her card to me and changed my whole life. We got in touch immediately after the Hay House event and scheduled a time to shoot a video. You know me – what I want for myself and want for all of you.
Mr. Borucki and I packed up and drove to Jersey City to Grace’s home where we met her insanely cute puppies, Kona (pictured) and Zen, and shot two videos – a guided self-hypnotism session for weight loss and self-esteem for my audience and an interview with me for hers. I’ll let you know as soon as her video posts.
This is such a treat, because you are actually going to be able to learn how to hypnotize YOURSELF to make better food choices and to feel AMAZING about your whole life. Can you feel how excited I am, because I’m freaking out!
I’d love to have Grace back again, so please send your requests for more hypnotism videos by commenting below, tweeting me @bexlife, or connecting with me on Facebook.
