Mine sure do! There’s no better time to set intentions and work those manifesting muscles than first thing in the morning. My morning practice is the foundation that I build every awesome day upon, and because I get so many requests for morning meditations, I’m sharing my get-up-and-go system for success with you.
Everything I’m showing you is super easy to do, and it only takes about 4 minutes to complete. Come on, you know you have 4 minutes to change your life. And if you don’t, we need to work on that to-do list! (I have the perfect thing for that right here.)
No caffeine required—yes, for real.

And my friends with anxiety should listen up! Because my morning never includes caffeine. Caffeine can cause insomnia, nervousness, stomach irritation, nausea, increased heart rate and respiration, and other negative side-effects. I love the smell and taste of a good cup of coffee, but the downside just isn’t worth it for me.
