We’re baaaaaack… with big news and new videos!
Eight years have passed since I posted my first video with my friend and personal nutrition guru, Mike Perrine, and we’ve covered almost everything there is to cover about plant-based nutrition, juicing, and detox.
It was hard pinning down Mike for a video—he’s been splitting his time between New York City and Oregon, all while running a successful business and falling in love (more on that in the video).
But I’m so glad that I was persistent because this is my favorite set of videos with him yet! Mike and I have dozens of nutrition videos on YouTube that have been viewed millions of times, so this time we did something a little different. We went “off topic” and went a little deeper.
Like, soul-level deep.
Our first video is about the sometimes-toxic relationship wellness personalities and their followers have with social media, and the second goes somewhere I’ve never gone… into a (light version of a) dyad meditation demonstration.
Never heard of dyad meditation?
You’re in for a treat! There’s also a little surprise for you in the first 30 seconds of Part 1 that I hope you’ll help celebrate with me. So hurry up and watch!
