I’m so excited to share my favorite holiday gifts for 2017 with you!
This guide is filled with goodies made by people I love and admire in real life and one very special item that’s exploded on the market this year (because people gotta eat!). All of my recommendations live in my personal toolkit, so every gift on this list doubles as a “treat yourself” present, too!
As an added bit of good news, every gift is under $100, and most are under $50!
You’ll find gifts to stuff in stockings and to give to the most special people in your life. If you end up picking up one of these treats for yourself or a friend, let me know how much you love it—I love hearing from you!
And don’t miss my budget-friendly stocking stuffers marked with a !

Holiday Gift Pick (Under $20): Love Bomb Company drinkware, cards, and totes
I first met Jenna Nelson when we sat next to each other at a Hay House writer’s workshop in 2013. This was pre-Love Bomb, pre-You Have 4 Minutes—it was a new beginning of everything for both of us. I’m the self-proclaimed Love Bomb Company Fan #1 and have been rocking Jenna’s mugs and mason jars on all my social platforms and in videos since she got started. And now I am SO EXCITED to share her newest creation, the Beyoncé mug! BUY. THIS. MUG for every queen in your life. It’s pretty much the best thing ever.
Holiday Gift Pick (Under $100): Instant Pot programmable pressure cooker
Instant Pot is a smart multi-use, programmable pressure cooker designed by Canadians (I love my neighbors to the north!). At first, I was skeptical about the rave reviews I was hearing. Full disclosure: I don’t cook. But I have wasted a LOT of money on kitchen gadgets. I’ve tossed or sold more rotisseries, countertop grills, pasta makers, and sandwich presses than I can count. Mr. Borucki (who does all the cooking) told me not to waste the money, but it didn’t take long for him to start using it every day for quick, easy, delicious meals. Our Instant Pot lives on our countertop. This is the one holiday gift pick I can’t live without.
Holiday Gift Pick (Under $50): SuperLoveTees pullovers, tanks, and tees
If you poke around my site and social media for just a bit, you’ll probably stumble upon a pic of me in something by SuperLoveTees. That’s me wearing my “No Hard Feelings” muscle tee above! These super soft, high-quality, inspirational tees are lovingly made to order with Fair Labor Practices. I love supporting small businesses (as you can tell from my list), and SuperLoveTees is among my favorites to share with my community.
Holiday Gift Pick (Under $20): BOOKS, BOOKS, BOOKS!
There was NO WAY I could decide on just one or two books to share in my holiday gift guide. Books are my favorite gifts to give and receive, and I treat myself to at least a couple new ones every month. So many of my friends are authors, and you’ll find me talking about them all over social media. So instead of just offering my favorite book of the year (which would be impossible), I’m linking you to three blogs featuring 28 of my most-loved books (from all genres) and affirmation card decks. Here you go!

Holiday Gift Pick (Under $100): Custom Mala by Angie Bee Hotz
If you ever see me wearing mala at an event or in pictures, or you spot mala beads in my book promotion or website banners, there’s a 99% chance that they’re part of my huge collection of malas by Angie Bee Hotz. Angie is a mother-of-four, childbirth educator, birth doula, master mala maker, and the creator of the Badass Affirmation Cards deck series. I adore her as a person and an artist, and I love to share her work every chance I get. Visit Angie’s Etsy shop here.
And here’s a bonus list of my favorite stocking stuffers that encourage whimsy and meaningful self-care… all under $25, so they’ll make your budget happy, too!
Color-Changing Unicorn Mood Light from The Container Store ($10)
Aromatherapy Room Sprays by Florence Oliver ($10 — $20)
Blush & Marble Jewelry Stackers from The Container Store (Under $10)
Momento Mori & Amor Fati Medallions by The Daily Stoic ($25)
Umbra MyTea Tea Infuser from The Container Store (Under $10)
Custom “Paws Up” Mug by The Love Bomb Company
Custom Tea Blends by The Grateful Tea (Under $20)
Whole Leaf Hop Tea by Muckland Hops ($11)
I’ve given the gifts on this list to family, best friends, my kids’ teachers (they love this mug), my yoga teachers (this pullover is perfect), and myself (many times over). I believe in the products, the brands, and the awesome people behind them. How we choose to spend our money is an expression of our values, so supporting small businesses and products that make life better (we’re so much healthier since we got our Instant Pot) make giving a gift mean so much more than just an exchange of trinkets.
ONE MORE THING: While you’re out in the stores or shopping online, please consider setting aside a few bucks for organizations doing great things. Every Bliss Notes Coloring Pages sale benefits an organization with a mission very near and dear to my heart. The Trevor Project is a national 24-hour, toll-free suicide hotline serving LGBTQ youth. It’s so important that we provide safe spaces for our kids, and The Trevor Project is doing just that. Please consider supporting them here.
Sending you best wishes for a warm and wonderful holiday with loved ones and an abundant New Year filled with every miracle imaginable! I can’t wait to see what good things are in store for us in 2018! Namaste, Amen, Aho, Sat Nam, Hallelujah, Om ♥
