This is my routine (including a recipe for a homemade mask) for soft youthful skin, even in the harsh winter months…
Every day in the shower, I gently exfoliate dead skin cells with a battery operated waterproof cleansing brush.
Then, once a week, I treat myself to an at-home moisturizing mask treatment.
Here’s how to make and use my favorite mask:
[Ingredients]
1/2 Ripe Banana
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
Filtered Water
[Directions]
[1] Combine the banana, oats, and honey with a 1/4 cup of filtered water in a small high-powered blender or Magic Bullet
[2] Add water until mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency
[3] Spread a thin layer of mask over your entire face, avoiding your eye area, and leave on for 5-10 minutes
[4] Rinse gently with warm water to remove the mask
[5] While your skin is still slightly damp, moisturize with organic argan oil
After just one exfoliating and mask treatment, your skin will feel amazing. Keep it up for baby soft skin until spring!
