And the best part is that it’s so easy, you don’t even have to measure the ingredients… Just add as much or as little of each ingredient as you’d like!
[Ingredients]
Green apples
Raisins or Craisins
Brown sugar
Maple syrup
Cinnamon
Chopped walnuts
Lemon juice
Non-stick cooking spray (or olive oil spray)
[Directions]
[1] Core each apple, and peel the top half
[2] Brush the exposed part of the apple with lemon to avoid browning
[3] Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray and pour 1/2 cup water into the bottom
[4] Mix the brown sugar, raisins, and walnuts, and stuff the mixture into the apple cavity
[5] Drizzle maple syrup on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon
[6] Bake on high for 2-3 hours
