“Somebody told me to not make associations to the food this way… They said, ‘Oh, you shouldn’t say that. It’s like a negative thing.’ But a lot of the food we eat is like a drug. We’re eating drugs.”
When more than 70% of Americans’ diets are made up of processed foods, how will we ever be able to learn how to eat how we were intended? When what we call food isn’t food at all, aren’t the odds of us ever being healthy hopelessly stacked against us?
