There’s a big difference between curing anxiety and managing it.
I’m not sure if it’s even possible to eliminate anxiety completely, and speaking from experience, trying to “cure” yourself from anxiety may cause your anxiety to worsen.
There was a time when I suffered from anxiety, but now I consider myself to be someone who manages it. I’m able to use tools like meditation, breathing techniques, proper diet, and exercise to make sure that my anxiety doesn’t get the best of me.
But then there are times that my tools don’t serve me as well as I’d like, and anxiety and panic creep in.
