In the fifth and final installment of my mini-series with Mike Perrine of EverydayDetox.org and EverydayDetox on YouTube, we’re wrapping up our talks on detox with a Q&A from you.
– How do I know how well I’m digesting my food?
– How many bowel movements should a person have a day?
– Where is the best place to study “detox nutrition”?
– Do detox teas really work, or are they a waste of money?
– Is there a way to make the headaches go away during detox, or at least be less persistent, naturally?
– What’s the difference between healthy signs of detox and dangerous side effects?
– Are meat-substitutes OK to use during transition to a vegetarian or low-fat diet?
Join Mike, me, and my two of my five babies for a podcast chat on nutrition and best practices for losing excess weight and detoxing the healthy and sustainable way.
