Soul Sessions creator and the co-author of Body Peace, Heather Waxman, is sharing her story of recovering from an eating disorder and discovering true healing and body peace in an extended video interview.
I’ve known Heather for a few years now, and I have joyfully watched her journey unfold and her spirit blossom into an incredible light that brightens every corner of the Universe that she touches.
You may remember her from our #GoLoveYourself challenge on YouTube where we shared meditations for body-love. I had such a good time collaborating with Heather, and I knew I had to have her back.
What was intended to be another installment in my She Has Four Minutes interview series quickly turned into an unexpected discussion on authenticity in the business of spirituality, recovery from eating disorders, and the path to discovering body peace… and I’m so happy it did.
Even if you’ve never had an eating disorder, there’s so much to be learned from Heather’s story… listen as she talks about the benefit of thriving over striving.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on what we discussed. Please leave your comments below or on the video on YouTube. I read every one!
Stay blissed in! xx
