Join my good friend and personal health guru, Mike Perrine, and I for a 3-video mini-series where we answer three of your most often asked questions about the fact, fiction and science behind sugar detoxes, supplements, and cleanses.
Watch now!
“Are juice cleanses and detox diets useful, or are they a waste of my money? Does it matter how long I do a cleanse? Are longer or shorter detox cleanses more effective?”
“Do I need to take supplements, are can I just get the nutrients I need from my regular diet? Are vegans and vegetarians missing essential vitamins and nutrients?”
“Is sugar dangerous for my health? And is there a difference in nutritional value among sugars from different sources (fruit, HFCS, honey, etc.)?”
You can also check out my entire playlist on nutrition, raw food, and detox advice on YouTube by clicking here.
Your questions, comments, and requests are the fuel that keep this fire going… leave them for us below, and watch for your answers in future videos!
Stay blissed in! xx
