I have seen this debated online in about a million different ways…
You asked: “What’s the difference between green juice and smoothies, and which is better for me?”
And I have to admit that I used to be confused about the topic, too. I knew that they have different purposes and they’re made using different tools and processes, but is one actually healthier than the other?
There’s also so much talk out there about how drinking green juice may actually sabotage weight loss efforts. Is there any truth to that?
Then there’s the subject of ingredients… What should we be putting in our juices and smoothies for the best, healthiest results?
My friend Mike Perrine of EverydayDetox.org and EverydayDetox on Youtube and I are answering this and more of your questions in a new 5-part series which will be posted every other Monday, starting January 5, 2015.
