The practice of doing small things to bring about huge change in your life is pretty much the cornerstone of the BexLife message.
Look at each moment as an opportunity to choose happiness.
A simple daily stroll can set you on the path to physical fitness.
Four-minute meditations can change your outlook and your whole life.
It’s when we believe that efforts have to be grand and complicated that we get overwhelmed. When we live in the moment, honor the tiny gestures, and travel on our path one step at a time, we make real and lasting changes. Our practices become sustainable, and we find true success.
I’m driven in everything I do by the inspiration I find in the everyday, and my greatest sources of inspiration are the amazing women I surround myself with on a regular basis.
I heard once that you become most like the five people you hang out with the most, so I started paying attention to my close group of friends. I found that I’m surrounded by the happiest, funniest, most intelligent, most dynamic, and most successful women, and this is probably a big reason that I’m able to live my passion so fearlessly every day.
I also noticed that there was something that all these women shared in common. Every one of them is committed to self-care in one way or another. They all take the time to say “I love you” to themselves.
And these women are BUSY. They’re entrepreneurs, mothers, business-owners, authors, volunteers…
They’re not spending hours in a bubble bath, but they are taking the time to connect with themselves and to express self-love every single day.
When I dug deeper into their self-love rituals, I discovered that they were super simple – stuff anyone can do.
So of course I had to find a way to share all of their tips with you.
I created a new series called “She Has Four Minutes” where I’m gathering 21 of my favorite ladies and chatting about the wonderful ways that they honor and love themselves… their secrets to success.
The first installment features my very close friend, love coach, entrepreneur, author, and single mom-of-two, Rachel DeAlto.
