I visited health & wellness coach, Tracy Campoli, in her NYC home, and she showed me how to make the 3 easy, healthy, and TASTY “hot body snacks”. (Her words, not mine… but we should probably take her word for it, because LOOK AT HER!)
Tracy also coached me through some lower body exercises that are guaranteed to get your butt in gear. You’ll find that video linked at the end of our recipe video.
I love eating healthy, whole foods, but I was a little skeptical when I saw the list of ingredients she had prepared for the video. After one taste, I was convinced that she knew what she was talking about.
