It’s time for another #plankwithbex plank challenge!!
By the end of the 21-day challenge, you will have increased your personal planking time by at least one minute and forty-five seconds… that’s insane!!
But I know you can do it!

OFFICIAL RULES:
– Challenge begins Saturday, January 11, 2014, but feel free to jump in at any time before January 31.
– To participate, use the hashtag #plankwithbex and tag @bexlife on Instagram on a planking photo. Be sure to include your planking time!
– You planking time is totally individual and you don’t have to be an expert planker to win. Your best planking time on the first day will be your starting point. Each day, add 5 seconds to the previous days time.
– A winner will be selected by me at the end of the challenge and will be announced on Instagram.
– The winning selection will be based on creativity, participation, and/or commitment to increasing their plank time.
The winner of this challenge will win their choice of a gorgeous yoga mat from Plank. You may have seen me with one of my Plank mats in a yoga video or in my yoga pics on Instagram. I’m addicted to their beauty and heat-grip technology.
