If you would have told me just a few years ago that there would be a day when I would be getting questions about how I got such good skin, I would have laughed right in your face (or typed something to the effect if we were speaking through the internet).
I have been battling acne, dark spots, scarring, and dry skin since I was a teenager (20 long years), and I had given up on ever having good skin. Every special occasion or speaking event came with anxiety about whether or not I was going to have a breakout or if I was going to have to find concealer that would hide all the marks my acne left behind. I dreaded making videos during a breakout and I always worried when I had to meet someone in person who only knew me online… would they notice my bad skin before they noticed me?
Fast forward to today, and I’m getting asked daily about my skin and hair routine. And the truth? It’s not the complicated. I use very few products. After I posted the pic you see above on Instagram, I got even more questions about what I was doing… so I made a video!
