You’ve been trying so hard,
and you just can’t quiet the chit chat in your brain.
That’s ok, I’m right there with you.
I can tell you to just sit and be still, but if that doesn’t work for you because you’re filled with anxiety, you may need a couple extra tools to help you along.
Today’s meditation video is for those of you who may be feeling ok about everything in your life besides your ever-mounting list of stuff to worry about. It’s totally possible to be happy and overwhelmed at the same time. It’s practically the story of my life.
When I feel like quieting the voices in my head isn’t impossible, I use different techniques to bring me into the NOW. One that you’ll see in the video is the use of a Tibetan singing bowl to focus my attention.
I have a giveaway for you!
And something that I’m extra excited about is that the company that sent my bowl to me, Silver Sky Imports, is offering one lucky BexLife fan a $50 gift certificate to their site – silverskyimports.com.
