I’m not exactly sure of when I became aware of Liz DiAlto. She’s on YouTube, and she’s a trainer, so I’m sure I had her in my line of vision on more than one occasion. Yes, I’m checking them ALL out.
But I do know exactly when I became VERY aware of Liz DiAlto. She showed up in a Marie Forleo video about B-School graduates, and I was like, “Hey, I know that chick!” I think we had even talked about collaborating in the past. Now, I HAD to know her. I love me some bidness ladies – you know, amazing female entrepreneurs who are making it HAPPEN while remaining so super cool and incredibly grounded.
I sent her an email saying that I saw her in the video, and that was the beginning of a brand new friendship that I’m positive is going to produce many good times and kickass collaborations.
The first time Liz and I actually got to hang out in person was at a live speaking event in New York City, hosted by Nathalie Lussier. Liz invited me as her guest, and I went with absolutely no idea about what to expect.
Liz DiAlto knocked my cowgirl boots right off.
Engaging, dynamic, beautiful, FUNNY, down-to-earth… this girl has got her business straight, and I’m ready to buy whatever she’s selling. But the coolest thing? She’s selling the truth. She speaks right to the hearts of women – no bullsh*t, no nonsense, no gimmicks. Liz is the real deal.
I had a few minutes to sit with her in a cramped room backstage, in between presentations. I know you’ll find her to be as likable and relatable as I do. And if you don’t, you’re probably just having a bad day. Thanks, Liz!!
