Let’s face it, most diet trends are absolute crap. It’s rare that any diet that has gained popularity is actually good for us. The raw food diet, complete with the green juicing movement is one huge exception to the “diets are garbage” rule.
It’s healthy, sustainable, and unbelievably simple. Not only does raw food nourish you, but it also detoxes your body like nothing else. But even in it’s simplicity, it still seems to baffle almost everyone who makes a go of it.
That’s why we’re so lucky to have our friend, Mike Perrine!
This is the second week of our special 3-week Yummy Mondays Detox & Raw Food Q&A series, and we’re covering acne, food boredom, and fermented dairy — that last one sounds pretty gross, I know.
If you have any questions of your own, comment on the videos on YouTube or leave them in the comments below. You’ll also find our full list of videos below (also included in my Mike Perrine playlist on YouTube).
