I quit coffee two weeks ago, and I thought I was totally in the clear when disaster struck! I survived the grumpy mornings, the migraines, and the feeling that my whole world was crumbling around me only to find out that there is yet another terrible side effect of kicking the caffeine habit.

The good news is that it’s not all bad. After only two weeks, I’m a morning person once again – naturally! I still crave coffee every time I smell the sweet aroma coming from the kitchen (Mr. Borucki still drinks a cup or two every morning), but I’m *almost* ok without having a single sip. Time will cure my addiction, I’m sure. It’s amazing how only one cup of coffee a day changed my whole chemistry. It’s definitely something to think about.
