I love my fans!! Thanks to them, I found out that my workouts have been hijacked and posted all over the tumblr-verse. But that’s cool. I’m excited that more people are getting fit with me. I also love that all I have to do is send a call out on facebook for gif designers, and within minutes, I have a half dozen talented and willing BexLifers offering help.

Full Body Cardio Workout
– Squat/Shoulder Presses with a big heavy boring book (5 reps)
– Fast-paced Mountain Climbers (10 reps)
– REPEAT 3 TIMES
– Triceps Dips on an elevated surface (5 reps)
– Static Triceps Hold w/ Alternating Straight-Leg Lifts (10 reps)
– REPEAT 3 TIMES
– Jump Rope for 1 minute (or pretend you are)
– PERFORM THIS ENTIRE ROUND 3 TIMES

I’m having an absolute blast doing this project (part of my effort to try new things in January), and I love how Baby Summer jumps in whenever she sees us setting up for a shot. I call her poses “summerasana”… babies are natural yogis.
