It’s the day before Thanksgiving in the United States, and the entire country is getting ready to stuff their faces with goodies like turkey, pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce, STUFFING, green bean casserole, GRAVY… I had to loosen my drawstring sweats just thinking about it. But oops!! I totally did it again. I’ve been so caught up in my SUPER EXCITING projects (check out my behind-the-scenes pics on instagram), that I’ve completely slacked on making new workouts for you. You KNOW I love you deeply and would never leave you hanging for long, especially at the oh-so-fattening holidays. This is when you need me MOST! And this is when I call on my best YouTube friends to come to your rescue.
Danny J from the Sweaty Betties joined me for our Go Sweat Yourself Workout in Vegas recently, which is perfect for all you beginners out there looking to get toned and ramp up your heart rate at the same time. This time, the incredibly fit and adorable (and don’t forget, shirtless) Brad Gouthro from Live Lean TV on YouTube is hooking you up with an incredible workout that will fix everything you broke during Thanksgiving dinner. Thank him by subscribing to his channel! You may remember Brad from the first-ever BexLife Blog Takeover or for his extra yummy and CLEAN egg recipe. One reason I love Brad so much is his passion for clean eating. He’s the real deal, and will show you how to get fit on REAL FOOD with his Live Lean TV recipes every week.

You can use this workout as a warmup to your regular strength routine or as a quick fix-me-up during your holiday weekend. You can do it ANYWHERE! This is a no-equipment workout – PERFECT for a travel workout routine.
