MY GYM DIET IS OVER! WOO HOO, I MADE IT!! The last time I did any type of formal workout was the New Jersey Color Run 5K On September 1. For the first couple weeks, I was totally loving my workout-free life, but then I started to get SO STIR-CRAZY! By this morning, I was pretty much losing my mind and ready to get my sweat on.
feeling so incredibly #blissedin after filming today’s workout
Even though I needed a break from working out, health & fitness is my PASSION and the one thing that keeps me sane while trying to juggle the responsibilities of work, family and chickens. But what I missed most of all was sharing that passion with all of you. I was so excited to get back in front of the camera to shoot my “sweat like a pig, look like a fox” workout that’s inspired by a fun little tank top I picked up at FitBloggin’ 2012 in Baltimore last weekend. (Did you see the video of my fitness friends and me goofing off in the hotel lobby? We are such gigantic NERDS!)
Enough of my rambling, let’s work out!!

an #askBexLife question that I get a LOT is
“who’s behind the camera for all of your workouts?”
Just for the sake of dropping some knowledge:
Do pigs sweat? No. They cool themselves by a process called thermoregulation. Basically, they roll around in mud or water… fun!!
