Instagram is fast becoming my favorite place for inspiration and sharing (find me @bexlife!!). I know that most people come to my site for health & fitness tips, but I can’t help but photograph almost everything that’s going around me. I’m sure it’s all a little TMI, but WHATEVER! You can’t stop me from over-sharing!
Yes, that’s magic shell. I’m only human.
My favorite pic of the week has to be my demonstration of astavakrasana for Adrienne Bailon at the Lady Foot Locker event in Chicago. She wanted to know how to get amazing arms, and I had to reveal my yoga secret…
And now that I’ve been bitten by the fashion bug, I’ve been following fashion hashtags like #OOTD and #fashiondiaries to get inspiration for what-to-wear. (I can certainly use all the help I can get.) However, my FAVORITE use for instagram is fitness inspiration. Not only am I completely blown-away by some of the amazing bodies I see in my photo stream, but I’m BEYOND inspired by so many people who are just beginning their journey to true health. I love the food pics, recipes, workout ideas… it’s all so motivating.
This week’s workout is inspired by instagram user @rosepose_aaa. She posted an “easy” butt workout. Hmmm, we’ll see about that. I modified it just a little, and I’m doing it in REAL TIME with you this week.
