I had just turned 18, I was out on my own with a brand new shiny car, and I thought I was so fly with my shaved head and punk rock attitude. Yes, I’m bringing back fly.

– 4 exercise moves in one round. Perform 2 rounds.
– Each exercise should be performed for 20 seconds with a 10 second break after each set.
– Exercise 1: High Knees
– Exercise 2: Squat Thrusts with Mountain Climbers
– Exercise 3: Squat Jumps
– Exercise 4: Knee Grab Crunches
