For my first-ever collaboration with a fellow blogger (I’ve only done vlogger collabs up until now), I decided that I would make a tell-all video about my favorite upper body combo for the super-popular Lindsay over at LindsaysList.co. The tell-all part isn’t the combo exercise; it’s the reveal that on the other side of the dining room (which is featured in most of my home workout videos) is a colossal mess from packing for our upcoming move. I’m living in a nightmare, people. My Xmas tree is still up – PROOF:
Lindsay does this really cool thing every week called Tuesday Trainer. She gathers up exercise moves from different trainers/bloggers/vloggers and puts together a workout for her followers. It’s pretty genius actually… more health & fitness spread throughout the blogosphere = more free fitness for more healthy peeps. LOVE IT!
Anyway… blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah… here’s my video. Allow me to also apologize for the terrible video quality. Buried somewhere in that colossal mess was my better camera’s battery charger. I hope Summer’s cameo appearance makes up for it :)
