Daryl dragged me to the playground again yesterday for a workout that I’m still aching from today. I even left with some interesting battle marks from the Jungle Gym XT Straps we were using… it took me a few minutes to get the hang of them and I got a little strap burn in the process. (This probably won’t happen to you – I tend to fool around and get klutzier than most people during my sessions.)
Despite my ugly arm boo-boos, I’m definitely picking up a pair for myself (get your own by clicking here). This workout KILLED my arms. My legs are already pretty strong from all the standing flows I’ve been rocking in yoga, but I could definitely use some work on my upper body. I’m so excited that my chest, back and arm muscles are on fire today. Yeah, sometimes a little pain feels good. (Did I really just say that? Please let me know when I get too corny.)
This workout is made up of 3 exercises, each performed for 1 round of 3 30-second sets with 15 second breaks between each set. Then do jumping jacks or some other type of cardio for 30-60 seconds between each round. So that’s 3 rounds of exercise with 3 sets of cardio after each round.
