I was so excited when Daryl told me we’d be doing our entire workout on the playground this week. It was an awesome surprise.
Follow along with us for 4 exercises, 10 reps each. Then hit some mountain climbers for 30-45 seconds. When you finish the whole round, do it again 2 more times, for a total of 3 rounds.
