It doesn’t get more real than this… I have to leave by 8:50am to get to my morning yoga class, my girlfriend is waiting on her front porch for me to pick her up, I need to do a load of laundry, feed the baby, get the big kids to school, finish my blog, pack up Bex Life orders to be mailed out, shoot my Work It Out Wednesday video… ahhhhh!
But you know what, I still have 4 minutes to get a little core work done…
