It would happen that as soon as I find out that I’m pregnant, I get a avalanche of requests for workouts to tighten the core and slim down that post-baby belly. So just when I’m ready to let it all hang out, I have to take one for the team and show my ladies how to beat that tummy pooch into submission! While the baby is safe in it’s tiny bubble, I’ll try to get as many of these out to you that I can. After that, it’ll be all about big exposed Bex belly and pre-natal workouts until April 2011…
