One of my favorite quotes on parenting is “My father didn’t tell me how to live. He lived, and let me watch him do it.” My kids never want to practice yoga with me when I ask. But then this morning while I was uploading files from my camera onto my laptop, I found this video that Jack made without me knowing. He’ll be 7 tomorrow.
