Well firstly you have a figure of envy for a mother of 2 or 3. Not sure hw many kids you had but good on u girl and inspiration to us all.
Just stumbled across your video's on youtube i was trying to find a workout to do at the gym to banish those darned bingo wings and voila your vid helped me wayyy more than others.
