I promised a change of scenery for my 4-Minute videos and that brought me all the way into my backyard. I had big plans to wake up at 6AM and get to the gym to make a video before the kids even got up for school, but that planned failed miserably after I spent the night tossing and turning from bizarre gym-themed nightmares.
So here I am, in my backyard under the hawk-like eye of my old lady neighbor, working out to Monty Love and freezing my heinie off.
You’ll need a Bosu ball and a jump rope for this workout.
