Bitch, complain, whine, and then a sprinkle of some “woe is me”. Then, without fail, hit the gym… no matter how crappy or miserable I’m pretending to feel. 2010 is about keeping my commitments – to other people AND myself.
Today’s diary entry is a little bit about feeling sorry for myself and more about showing you some of what I’m up to when I’m in the gym. I run through one of my many circuits that I did today during my upper-body gym workout with my trainer, Chris.
