There are few things that can’t be put-off for four minutes… babies tumbling off changing tables, dogs eating furniture, and crock pots exploding in your kitchen are legitimate examples. My challenge to you is to find another activity that can’t be neglected for 4 minutes to make time for your personal fitness. Even a commercial break during Real Housewives or Jersey Shore is enough time for you hop off the couch and run through today’s video.
My new series of workouts, “YOU HAVE 4 MINUTES”, is based on the Tabata Method of interval training.
I’m going to take you through 4 minutes of a series of 8 rounds of heart-pounding, fat-blasting exercises. Each round will consist of 20 seconds of an intense cardio-driven exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. A tool that is NOT required, but may make this workout easier for you, is the Gymboss Timer.

THIS 4-MINUTE ROUTINE IS INTENSE AND SHOULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED IF YOU HAVE INJURIES, JOINT ISSUES, OR CONSIDER YOURSELF TO BE “OUT OF SHAPE”. SEASONED ATHLETES USE THIS METHOD OF TRAINING TO INCREASE THEIR PEFORMANCE LEVELS. DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF BEYOND WHAT IS COMFORTABLE FOR YOU.
