Today’s video is my very special “Xmas Eve Travel Workout“. You won’t need any special equipment for this super-charged lower-body routine… just a couple common household items and your own bodyweight.
Try not to take any long breaks in between the circuits. Stack each circuit one after another for maximum burn! The holiday season is full of savory goodies and sugary treats {which I will be indulging in quite thoroughly}, and this workout will give your body a jumpstart to working off those extra calories.
The videos below are the 9th installment in my series of 12 workout routines. The first video is the “lower-body” strength segment and the second video is the abs/core segment.
You’ll need the following equipment to follow along with this routine:
- kitchen chair {or elevated surface}
- two washcloths
- yoga mat or floor pad
