I can’t believe we’re already up to the 8th video… the past two and half weeks have really flown by! My hope is that these workouts are continuing to challenge you and that the variation in exercises is keeping it interesting. After this series is complete, I’ll be working on all new ideas for the New Year… taking the routines outside, on location, and even into the gym.
Remember that you can always mix and match the segments, and that you can even stack circuits for a longer, more challenging workout experience.
The videos below are the 8th installment in my series of 12 workout routines. The first video is the “upper-body” strength segment and the second video is the abs/core segment.
