As you’ve probably already noticed, I’ve segmented all my workouts starting with Video 2 into two parts. After you’ve completed all 12 videos, feel free to mix and match any “#1” with a “#2” for a complete workout.
The videos below are the 7th installment in my series of 12 workout routines. The first video is the “lower-body” strength segment and the second video is the abs/core segment. We’ll be using the step for the first time today. If you don’t have a step, you can use any sturdy elevated surface.
