Today’s video is very special because it’s my first routine inspired by one of my YouTube subscribers. She asked for a challenging workout that focuses on the lower body, so I happily put it together. This is an advanced workout, so be prepared for the burn. I offer alternate & modified versions of the hardcore exercises when possible.
The videos below are the 5th installment in my series of 12 workout routines. The first video is the “all-lowerbody” strength segment and the second is the abs/core segment. CAUTION: This routine is NOT recommended for those with knee problems.
