Now that you’ve made it through the entire series {or even if you’re just starting}, you can go back through all the videos #1-12 and go through the routines again. You may also match any “Part 1” to any “Part 2” of videos #2-12 to make new workouts. I added the complete YouTube playlist at the end of this blog entry so you can view all the videos at once.
The first video is the “upper-body” strength segment, and the second is the abs/core segment.
You’ll need the following equipment to follow along with this routine:
- dumbbells
- kitchen chair or low table
- yoga mat or floor pad
