The videos below are the 11th installment in my series of 12 workout routines. The first video is the “lower-body” strength segment, and the second video is the abs/core segment. This routine calls for a Step Platform for a couple of the exercises, but you can use any stable, raised surface. I’ll also demonstrate alternative exercises that you can do without the Step.
You’ll need the following equipment to follow along with this routine:
- Step Platform
- two washcloths
- yoga mat or floor pad
