A question from one of my Facebook friends inspired me to make this video this morning.
This is a workout that I designed to be done first thing in the morning as a “wake-up” routine. While I never quite buy the “I’m too busy to workout” excuse, I want to offer a solution to this common problem. Just set your alarm clock 15-30 minutes earlier, jump out of bed, and get down to the business of being fit.
If you run through all 7 exercises two times, you can complete the workout in about 15 minutes. I call it my Pajama Party workout… it requires NO equipment and can be done in your bedroom as soon as you get out of bed. Rise and shine, party people!!
