It’s the same story every month: First, I’m convinced that my migraine and fatigue are the obvious results from some terrible auto-immune disorder that I contracted by touching a dirty doorknob. Second, I’m convinced that my protruding belly is the consequence of a 15-pound weight gain that must have been brought on by the previous evening’s midnight snack. Third, I’m convinced that my husband turned into a complete jackass overnight, because how else could he be making me so angry so fast. Oh wait, no… what’s today’s date? Oh yeah, it’s PMS time. Ugh.

Celeb stalker alert! My favorite “skinny girl” and Real Housewife, Bethenny Frankel, is making a fitness DVD. I saw some pics from the shoot on her Facebook page, and I’m super excited for its release. I’ve never purchased a fitness DVD before, but I feel compelled to support my favorite RH of all time. Her book, Naturally Thin, also happens to be the only diet book I’ve ever purchased. It’s more about a celeb crush than a legitimate effort to gain some education. I don’t necessarily follow all her dieting tips, but she’s adorable, fun to watch, and loves tequila. That’s enough for me.
