Keeping a log or food diary is a great method of tracking your food and calorie intake, especially when beginning a “diet” or making a lifestyle change. For me, it helped to weed out the crap and to add more nutrient rich, low-calorie whole foods – allowing me to eat more and digest more efficiently. However, there are bad days where I break some rules. Today was one of those days.
