Accommodations: Update

On your accommodations card that will be included in your invitations, we mentioned that you have two options for your weekend stay.

If you’d like to share a house with other guests, the luxury townhomes in Woodloch Springs are already blocked off for our guests. There will be a price breakdown in your invitation, but it gets less expensive per room if you get a larger house. You may, however, get a single guest house for about $250 per night. The homes in the Springs are about one mile from the main resort and border a world-class golf course, a lake, and surround a clubhouse with one of the two indoor pools that the resort offers to its guests. Each home has a bathroom for each bedroom, a kitchen, and a washer and dryer. They also have pull-out couches in the living area… you can really pack in your friends and save lots of $$! The prices are PER ROOM/PER NIGHT {not per guest}. You may stay for one night or two-there is no minimum night stay. All guests don’t have to stay for the same number of nights. You will not be penalized if you book two nights and your housemates only book one. If you’d like a list of our other guests so that you can make arrangements to share a one to five bedroom house, just email Rebekah for the guestlist.

If you’d like to stay on the resort grounds, you may book one of the guest rooms for $150 per night. While you can book the townhomes at any time, the resort rooms may only be booked two weeks in advance. They have assured me that plenty of rooms will be available as January is their off-season.
